Southeastern Indiana's Leading Women's Recovery Home

Speranza House is a beacon of hope for women dedicated to providing comprehensive recovery and support services. As a 501(c)(3) public charity, Speranza House serves women aged 18 and older who are committed to their sobriety. Our structured 9-12-month program includes individual and group counseling and covers critical areas such as life skills, financial literacy, women's trauma, healthy relationships, 12-step programming, nutritional planning, time management, money management, and stress management.

At Speranza House, we support women in our community who are determined to overcome substance use disorder and reclaim their lives. Our comprehensive services are designed to provide the tools and support needed for successful, faith-based recovery, empowering women to rebuild their lives and achieve lasting sobriety.

Founded in 2018, Speranza House began with a single location dedicated to supporting women on their road to recovery. We felt God calling us to grow our mission and reach to serve more women in our community. We opened a second house in 2024. Today, Speranza Broadway serves women in the initial phases of their recovery journey, while Speranza Central provides a supportive environment for those nearing completion of our residential program.

Both houses are built to be homes for our ladies to enjoy throughout their time at Speranza House.
